Senior Email & CRM Specialist

About the role

Our client is a fast-growing agency that helps ambitious e-commerce brands grow. They are not looking for a manager, but for someone exceptionally good at the work itself. You work directly with clients, understand their business and turn opportunities into better CRM. You build, analyse, test, improve, and you explain why.

What you'll do

• Develop CRM and retention strategies for several e-commerce brands
• Build and optimise Klaviyo flows yourself, and create meaningful segments
• Plan and run campaign calendars for email and SMS
• Analyse customer behaviour and purchase data for second purchase, retention, reactivation, cross-sell and upsell
• Run structured A/B tests and improve deliverability and list health
• Look beyond Klaviyo: a weak proposition, a missing next product or a landing page holding CRM back, you call it out
• Present results, opportunities and recommendations to founders and e-commerce teams yourself

• Extensive hands-on Klaviyo experience with serious e-commerce brands
• You understand lifecycle marketing in depth
• Highly analytical: you turn data into actions
• You know retention, repeat purchase, LTV, order value and contribution margin
• You build flows and campaigns without relying on someone else
• You talk confidently with founders and take ownership when something isn't performing
• You share knowledge and raise the level of colleagues, without needing a management title
