CRM & Retention Specialist

About the role

Our client, a premium Dutch fashion brand, has built a large customer base across Europe. The next step is not just more new customers, but understanding, keeping and growing the ones it already has. That becomes your area, from strategy to execution.

What you'll do

• Lead the brand's email and CRM programme
• Build, maintain and improve automated flows
• Create segments on behaviour, purchase history, category, country and customer value
• Plan campaigns around launches and commercial moments
• Set up win-back, reactivation and VIP programmes
• Test messaging, timing, offers and creative, and analyse the results
• Answer questions like: which first purchase creates the best customers, and where do customers drop out?

What you bring

• Hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in e-commerce
• Strong in Klaviyo or a comparable platform: you build flows, segments and A/B tests yourself
• Analytical and at home in customer and transaction data
• You know repeat purchase rate, CLV, order value and conversion
• Commercial, without turning every email into a discount
• You work independently and enjoy executing
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle or premium DTC is a plus
