About the role
Our client is a premium Dutch fashion brand, with its own Shopify store and customers across Europe. The brand is entering its next phase of growth. You work directly with the owner and the team, and you do the work yourself: analyse a dip in conversion in the morning, improve a product page in the afternoon.

What you'll do
- Steer the day-to-day commercial performance of the online store
- Analyse revenue, conversion, order value, margin and customer behaviour by country, category and product
- Manage and improve Shopify hands-on: product pages, collections, navigation and merchandising
- Build the commercial calendar and coordinate launches, seasonal campaigns and promotions
- Keep improving conversion through testing
- Develop CRM and retention with internal or external specialists
- Work with paid acquisition so traffic, landing pages and conversion line up
- Build clear reporting around the numbers that actually matter
What you bring
- Significant hands-on e-commerce experience, ideally in DTC, fashion or another premium brand
- You know Shopify beyond content management and make changes yourself
- Commercial and highly analytical; at home in GA4 and e-commerce analytics
- You understand conversion optimisation, merchandising, CRM and retention
- You know how Meta, Google, CRM and the website work together
- You move between strategy and execution and take ownership
- You care about brand as much as performance
